Just to let you know that I will be back in Nottingham running the vintage salon for LouLou’s Vintage Fair on Sunday 20th November. There are still spaces available but hurry, they are filling up fast!
You will be able to book time slots at 15 minute intervals at 00 / 15 / 30 / 45 past each hour from 10am – 4pm. These slots will work on a queue jump system, this means that I will be running the pop-up salon on a first come first served basis however for those of you that pre-book a time slot, when you arrive you will be able to skip straight to the front of the queue. There may be a short wait only if there is someone already in the chair. I run the salon this way as it allows some flexibility incase anyone is running late or has to cancel.
If you would like to pre-book a slot then you can contact me via the form at the bottom of the pageand let me know what treatment(s) you would like and a 1st and 2nd choice of time slot then I can get you booked in. If there are any services not listed that you would like please let me know and I’ll see what I can do for you.
I will only be taking cash on the day but if you would prefer to pay by paypal this can arranged prior to the fair. (Please contact me for details and please note no paypal refunds are given if you are unable to make the fair).

The Eclectic Wedding Extravaganza is a wedding show that caters for all types of wedding. From the Gothic to the Bohemian, the festival to the cave. Their Mother Flockers (suppliers) can cater for anything your wedding planning heart desires. Its A unique and fresh wedding show catering for couples who want their weddings to be all about them.

Tomorrow night is Yelp’s Vintage Workshop evening hosted by yours truly. There will be demonstrations and a how to hair workshop and even better it is completely FREE!

With less than a month to go until The Knowle Wedding Festival we are keeping our fingers permanently crossed that the weather stays dry! Next sunday the beautiful Blakelands Country House will be opening their doors to host the ‘I do .. IN VINTAGE’ wedding fayre organised by the lovely Eve (a photographer) and Victoria (designs, bakes and decorates wedding cakes).

I was lucky enough to be involved in their promotional photo shoot back in june so I got to see the stunning surroundings of Blakelands Country House myself. Set in idyllic countryside it has an old creaky charm but with all the luxury that you would expect from a top hotel. The main house built in 1638 provides a perfect back drop to anyone wanting to add a bit of character to their wedding. So use this as an excuse to come and see the house for yourself as well wander around and chat to all those amazing vintage exhibitors.
Make sure you visit the ‘Blue Room’ as that is where I will be with the SGR Vintage Hair & Makeup stand alongside Luxe Bridal who sell the most amazing vintage wedding dresses.
